WARNER  Coleen (nee O’Brien) on November 17, 2020. Daughter of the late John O'Brien and Claire (nee Novotny) O'Brien. Wife of Thomas Warner. Mother of Kacie O’Brien-Patterson and Shane Warner. Sister of John, Patrick, Terrance, and Christopher O’Brien and the late Donna Newmiller; also survived by her 2 grandchildren John and Luke. Due to Covid-19 a memorial service will be held at a later date.
